These Terms and Conditions Agreement govern the rental of aircraft from our company Club.Aero, and the use of the Company's website and physical services. By using our services and accessing our website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility: To rent an aircraft, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid pilot's license. You must also have sufficient experience and qualifications to operate the aircraft you are renting.
Booking and Payment: You may book an aircraft by filling out the online booking form and making the required payment. Payment must be made in full before the rental period begins. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards and wire transfers.
Rental Period: The rental period begins at the time of aircraft departure and ends when the aircraft returns to the designated location. If you return the aircraft late, you will be charged an additional fee.
Use of Aircraft: You must use the aircraft in a safe and responsible manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for any damages caused to the aircraft during the rental period, and for any fines or penalties incurred as a result of your use of the aircraft.
Insurance: We require that you have valid insurance coverage for the aircraft during the rental period. You must provide proof of insurance before the rental period begins.
Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 72 hours before the rental period begins. If you cancel within 72 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your use of the aircraft, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of income. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless for any claims arising from your use of the aircraft.
Modification of Terms and Conditions: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services and website constitutes acceptance of any changes made to these terms and conditions.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
Maintenance: The Company is responsible for maintaining the aircraft and ensuring it is in a safe and airworthy condition. If the aircraft requires maintenance during the rental period, the Company will arrange for the necessary repairs.
Weather Conditions: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your rental if weather conditions are not suitable for safe operation of the aircraft. We will make every effort to provide you with as much notice as possible.
Noise Restrictions: The use of the aircraft may be subject to local noise restrictions. You are responsible for complying with any applicable noise regulations during your rental.
Airport Fees: You are responsible for paying any airport fees or charges associated with the use of the aircraft, including landing fees, parking fees, and ramp fees in airports that are NOT Cranfield Airfield.
Fuel Charges: Fuel charges are included in the rental fee. You are not responsible for returning the aircraft with the same amount of fuel as when it was rented.
Cleaning Fee: If the aircraft is returned in an excessively dirty condition, the Company may charge a cleaning fee.
Age and Weight Restrictions: The use of the aircraft may be subject to age and weight restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that you meet any applicable age and weight requirements.
Personal Items: The Company is not responsible for any personal items left in the aircraft during the rental period. We recommend that you remove all personal items before returning the aircraft.
Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate your rental at any time if you breach these terms and conditions, or if we have reason to believe that you are using the aircraft in an unsafe or illegal manner.
Eligibility: To participate in a flight experience, you must be at least 16 years old and in good health. You must also be able to follow all safety instructions provided by the Company. However there is no age restrictions on passengers
Flight Experience: The flight experience includes a flight in an aircraft operated by a qualified pilot. The flight may be subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or cancelled at the Company's discretion.
Safety Instructions: You are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the Company and the pilot. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in the termination of the flight experience.
Insurance: The Company carries liability insurance coverage for the flight experience. You are not required to carry any additional insurance.
Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your flight experience, you must do so at least 72 hours before the scheduled flight time. If you cancel within 72 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless for any claims arising from your participation in the flight experience.
Passenger Conduct: You agree to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the flight experience. Any behavior that is deemed unsafe or disruptive by the pilot may result in the termination of the flight experience.
Photography and Video: You may take photographs or video during the flight experience for personal use only. You may not use any photographs or video for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent.
Modification of Terms and Conditions: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
